AFP- Former President Bill Clinton and Nobel Peace laureate Elie Wiesel joined elderly Holocaust survivors Monday to mark the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum's two decades of preserving the memory of the millions of people who died at the hands of the Nazis.

 

Religion, state and political change: the Kiev Interfaith Forum debates
Civic and religious leaders and practitioners from Europe, the Middle East, America, Central Asia and Africa debated the place and role of religion in state and politics for two days at the Kiev Interfaith Forum on April 23 and 24. A delegation from the Aladdin Project tabled a proposal to give religious leaders an active role in combating anti-Semitism and racism.
